River Ecclesbourne
(Open to Trout Ticket Members only)
The Club owns three sections of this river all holding brown trout and supporting a good population of insect life – olive and sedge patterns work well as do pheasant tail nymphs.
The Ecclesbourne offers excellent but challenging small river fly fishing (light lines/ short rods), due to the nature of the fishery only fly fishing with barbless hooks and is catch and release only.
